LP Thuad Sema Coin 432 Years Thailand Flag
Reverend Father Thuat of Chang Hai Temple is a prominent figure in the Buddhist community. He belongs to the 432nd generation and was born on March 15, 1582, in Pattani Province, under the governance of Governor Witthaya Panichphong. This year marks the 432nd anniversary of his birth, and to commemorate this occasion, special ceremonies have been organized at three significant locations.
The first ceremony took place at Ton Lieb Monastery, where Reverend Father Thuat was born. It included rituals related to his birth and the placenta. The second ceremony was held in Tha Phae Subdistrict, LP Thuad Sema Coin Nakhon Si Thammarat, representing his birth as a monk. Lastly, in Chang Hai Sub-district, Khok Pho District, Pattani, the third ceremony was conducted to honor his birth as Phra Arhat.
On March 15, a grand Maha Phuttha Phisek ceremony was held at the City Pillar Shrine of Pattani. This ceremony was led by revered monks, including Ajarn Sai Luang Pho Thuat and Sai Tai, who played significant roles in the event.
The uniqueness of the Model 432 is noteworthy, as it is represented by a special front sema medal. This medal comes in various materials, such as gold, silver, gold face, two-faced enamel silver, yellow, red, national flag colors, nawa silver, gold-plated copper, alpaca, and more.
