Shipment Processing Times

All orders typically are processed within 24-48 hours, occasionally there are unforeseeable reasons it may take us a little longer. We are trying our best to ship your order out as soon as we can. Please note that all orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We ship orders within the USA via USPS and SF Express (Standard Delivery) and internationally through Thailand Post or UPS (Express Shipping) for reliable and timely delivery.

Shipping Cost:

We ship worldwide and standard shipping rates are $7 and apply to all countries we ship to.
Express shipping services have an additional cost.

Wrong Address or Change Request

If you have given us the wrong address and if you are not at the incorrect address at the time of delivery, there then the product will be returned to our store at your expense. For providing the wrong address you have to bear the full shipping cost.

Change of Addressee

We are unable to re-route the shipping of an order after the carrier has picked it up from our company. However, if you need to change the place to deliver your order prior to the carrier picking it up from our company, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order: info@bkkamulets.com

Tracking your order

Upon dispatching your package, we will promptly email you a notification containing a link. This link will guide you to the carrier’s website, where you can easily track and receive real-time updates regarding the status and whereabouts of your package.
