Mae Takhien Thong Maha Lap – First Batch BE 2540, Wat Nang Kui, Ayutthaya

This sacred Mother Takhian Thong Maha Lap amulet (Mae Takhien) originates from Wat Nang Kui in Ayutthaya Province, Thailand. It is crafted from authentic Takhian wood powder taken from the legendary Takhian Thong tree, a giant sacred tree that stood by the temple for over 400 years, witnessing the temple’s entire history.

After the tree naturally died around B.E. 2540 (1997), the temple preserved its legacy by carving the Takhian Thong Mother Goddess figure and placing it back on the original stump as an object of reverence and blessing for worshippers.

3. Offer one cup of clean water daily (replace it each day).

4. On Buddhist holy days, add flower garlands and fruit offerings to her paan.
